Cancelation Policy

Cancellation / No Show / Service Deposit Policy & Terms

* A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. A 50% deposit is required for booking reservations on all services. A cancellation fee will be applied if you no-show your scheduled appointment or if you do not request for change of service date within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service and making an appointment, you authorize DashBar to keep your deposit to cover the cancellation fee applied to your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Purchase of any products are considered FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns or refunds on any products. Any requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to hello@thedashbar.com


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order and would like to exchange the item you have. Once the exchange is approved by management, we will contact you directly to coordinate the exchange.
