In the morning, we love to load up on fruits and veggies with a delicious smoothie, plus they are so easy to make! Toss your favorite fruits, vegetables, and any smoothie booster (like protein or chia seeds) into a blender, and you are good to go.

Choose a berry full of antioxidants like blueberries or raspberries. Antioxidants are great for your skin and health because they may have disease-fighting properties. Then, pack it full of leafy greens by using a big handful of spinach or kale. These will fight off inflammation and add additional vitamins and minerals for healthy hair and radiant skin.

Finally, try adding in a scoop of organic plant-based protein and non-dairy milk. You will be full, energized, and ready to tackle your to-do list!

Roasted chickpeas are a great way to eat some energizing vitamins, minerals, and protein. Try this simple recipe. If you are not someone who enjoys cayenne pepper, skip it and use smoked paprika or your favorite seasoning.

Staying hydrated is key.

Make sure you are still staying hydrated by drinking enough water. Water helps flush out toxins to keep skin clear and hydrated. Add in some lemon, and cucumber for a refreshing spa-like flavor.
